Can I get a quote?

Yes, getting a quote for printing your project is free; we already have prices for the most common and standard sizes and types; however, you may enter all of your unique sizes and types in the additional box or send an email to order@bayprintshop.com, and we will respond with a quote. We’ll also tell you if the quote is an estimate or a firm price. There are more media options accessible on the price page, and we’ll let you know about them if you need any help. You may acquire an accurate price for your project by calling, emailing, or using our live chat.

Do you offer design support?

Yes, we do. We have our own designers as well as a third-party designer group that can provide you with the most comprehensive graphic design service available. Custom design is normally free, although in other cases it may incur additional costs and time.

How should I prepare my files for printing?

We prefer and request PDF and JPEG files. However, while we work with the majority of popular apps, if you have a file that isn’t PDF or JPEG, please contact us before uploading it. Send a PDF file if your project is print-ready. If you’re using unique fonts, you’ll either have to embed them in your document. Images for the web are typically made at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi, while print images should be created at 300 or 350 dpi to ensure acceptable quality.

Will I see a proof?

Yes, in case you request, we may send you a small sample of your job printed on the media you want. A digital PDF proof is useful for checking for typos, grammar, and element placement, but a physical copy proof will more accurately reflect the colors that will be printed. Colors on printed jobs may vary somewhat depending on printer type and model, however we are convinced that our printer will come the closest to the true hue.

What about paper stock?

We have a variety of paper (media/substrate), however, because we are becoming green, we only utilize eco-friendly stock. There are various types of paper available, each with a different finish and weight. There are two types of coatings: coated and uncoated. Whether it’s glossy or matte, the choice is yours. You can also provide any media you choose, and we’ll see if our printers can handle it.

What is the turnaround time?

We have multiple machines are none stop working, so your project will be printed as soon as it arrives, however the volume of your jobs will determine how quickly it is printed. In the worst-case scenario, our delay should be no more than 2 to 5 days.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We do, of course. To ensure that our printing services are error-free, we need your communication and specific details on what you want. However, if the product does not match client expectations, we will reprint it at no cost to the customer.

Do you print copyright job?

No, unless there is a signed agreement, we will not print any job that has copyright. Customers, on the other hand, are responsible for uploading any illegal or unauthorized print jobs, for which Bay Print Shop has no liability.

We’ll post images of photographers who have given us permission to print them from time to time, and if you like them, you can order them in any size and type. Due to quality concerns, some sizes may be unavailable.
